Our Year 9 Netball team played in a tournament at Stanley Park competing against 10 Wyre and Fylde schools and made it all the way to the final of the competition.
The girls played Millfield, St Bedes, Hodgson and Lytham in the group stages and won a place in the semi final vs AKS. After a tense start the Garstang girls were victorious 10-5, securing a place in the final against tournament favourites St Adians. The girls played excellently in the final with some fantastic passing and link up play. I am immensely proud of all the girls who played in the tournament today. They have worked hard and fully deserve their place in the final they were a credit to themselves. Good luck for the rest of the season.
