Garstang Community Academy will be holding their Annual Careers Convention on Thursday 19th November 2015, from 7:00pm until 8:30pm.
Students will have the opportunity to ask questions and collect literature from over 40 colleges, sixth forms, universities, apprenticeship providers, armed forces and employers covering a wide spectrum of opportunities for the future of young people.
Although there are similar events held in both Lancaster and Preston, we feel that it can only be beneficial to hold our own convention here in Garstang. As well as being open to Garstang Community Academy students – Year 9, 10 and 11 students in the Garstang area who do not attend our Academy, along with their parents/carers, are welcome to attend.
